Originally from Los Angeles, California I have been living in Tokyo for most of my working life. Growing up I spent many years of my life moving from country to country learning new languages and lifestyles. It was a rainbow of people and cultures.

I am a former Executive Director at Workshift Solutions. Previously I worked for nearly 25 years in the Tokyo and Buenos Aires stock markets. In 2014 I joined Workshift Solutions, Japan's first global crowdsourcing platform. It is a job platform for freelancers from all around the world. My responsibilities included managing and communicating with our freelancers. We are Japan's first and still only "global" crowdsourcing service among generalist crowdsourcing services.
