Professional Experience
I worked for 10 years in the call center industry here in the Philippines. Now I am working as a HP after sales support. I work home based meaning, I focus more on my work with less distraction and more effort on the job at hand. I do not need to travel and I avoid the hussle and busstle of traffic everyday which boils down to me not being late for work. And since I do not travel to work, my energy is reserved to do alot more work.

In my 10 years in the call center industry in the Philiipines, I may have reaced my goal and more. I started out as an agent back in 2000 and became a communications trainer in 2006. I have handled outbound sales, financial institutions, technical support and customer service. The industry has taught me alot; it taught me responsibility and punctuality. So even I do not work for the industry anymore, I carry those traits with me everywhere I go.
