I am a Soft Skill and Behavioral Trainer with 18 years of total experience in the entire spectrum of Human Resource Management, Corporate Training & Organizational Development. I lead training workshops, on communication skills, Personal Effectiveness, Conflict Management, Team building and Leadership which help people build, simplify and polish their communications skills. With more than 3500 podium hours to my credit, I play a simple and straightforward role as a facilitator: to make learning most productive. Attendees improve their ability to communicate a decision, recommendations and ideas to their teams; manage important relationships with clients, departments or teams; and increase group accountability and decision-making. My emphasis of the training programme is on the outcomes rather than on the tools of the training.
