Professional Experience
I worked as a Customer Relations Agent and then a Customer Service Representative via chat,but I wanted to apply for this position to apply my knowledge and skills on a different company working at the comfort of my home. I have been a customer relations specialist for 2 years, and I have been a customer care consultant for almost 4 years including chat support, a total of 6 years in call center and worked with one account/company.
My skill level allows me to:
-Multi-task
-Communicate and provide best resolutions to customers either on the phone or through e-mail
-Communicate with clients in order to resolve the problem encountered by the customers or clients
-Research regarding the customer's history to track down where an error had occurred
-Educate customers regarding the process and conditions that abide with the service or product that they had purchased.
