I am a Filipino. I have been working in the call center industry for the last ten years and I have diverse experience as a technical support representative as well as providing excellent customer service. I am adept in troubleshooting issues related to the internet,computers,laptops,tablets,smartphones,printers,email clients,routers,printers,smartphones,tablets,windows and mac operating systems,antivirus and antispyware softwares. I have handled accounts like Verizon,AT&T,Time Warner Cable,Lenovo,HP,Microsoft and others thus I am familiar using remote desktop tools,chat,email and phone in resolving any customer issues. I have been learning different software applications and troubleshooting techniques during my stint with the different call center companies. I am very fluent with English language which is the primary tool for this job. I value integrity,respect and professionalism all the time especially at my work.
