Professional Experience
I am a very versatile person and easy to work with. I have no issues getting along with people and handling stress. I am trainable and I am willing to learn new things.
I've worked as a technical support for more than 5 years and was specialized on Internet and Cable TV services support. I’ve gained considerable experience in customer services support, handling customers' concerns and sales. I am proficient in English and had worked as a part-time English tutor to Korean and Japanese students for more than 6 months.
As a full time freelancer, I have gained considerable experience working as a Virtual Assistant for a Real Estate and IT Company based in Australia.
