I've worked as a technical support for more than 5 years and was specialized on Internet and Cable TV services support. I’ve gained considerable experience in customer services support, handling customers' concerns and sales. I am proficient in English and had worked as a part-time English tutor to Korean and Japanese students for more than 6 months.
As a full time freelancer, I have gained considerable experience working as a Virtual Assistant for a Real Estate and IT Company based in Australia. I'm also working as a customer service representative doing chat and email support for a creative start-up company based in San Francisco through ODesk.

I am taking up Electronics Engineering and I am familiar with subjects related to network structure & electronics. I do basic OS support for Mac and Windows too.
