日本と海外をつなぐクラウドソーシング

I do live in the foreign land for the more than 45yrs. and involved in business world as well. I know very well of social differences between home land of Japan and foreign country and I feel strongly recommend Japanese to express opinions strongly whether small issue or not. I believe the exchanging of opinions would bring positive benefit for the both business as well as social policy. The word of "silence is gold" won't work any longer. Say what you want and hear what they want. Be strong and Good luck for the younger Japanese generation .
