4 years’ experience in Hospitality Industry specialized in Front office. Currently lead and direct the team of 50+ associates including the line supervisors, chief concierge and guest service center manager in 474 rooms, 5-star properties whilst helping to improve overall associate and guest satisfaction. Lovely to do the freelancer works and very detail and focus person. As a part time jobs, I am working as a translator and language teacher.
