Professional Experience
Experience in the last 8 years with customer service, focused on the telesales segment. Previously in my position as Lead Facilitator in Worldwide Omnichannel Solutions and BPO provider, I was responsible for delivering, structuring and organizing training curriculum for new employees, refresh and capabilities training.
