I've been working as Backend Website Administrator for 4 different website. I functioned as Customer Service Representative with task of answering inbound calls, doing outbound calls. At the same time, I am a Chat and Email Support Representative. During my idle time, I work on SEO task, email marketing, social media works for different social medias including video making for Youtube.

I was a web support specialist. Assistance in managing customer's websites. Managing by updating their content, customizing their design to whatever customer wants their website to be. My skill in Photoshop and God given creativity has helped me in meeting/exceeding customer's request.

Also, I've been part of the call center industry for about 4 years. My experience in providing excellent customer service will definitely help me if I get a job that will entail customer interaction in any form.
