Good day! My name is Milky Guarin and I'm graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management. I worked before as a customer service for two(2) years. I work on different accounts when I was working on the BPO industry. The accounts that I have handled before are, Verizon wireless as a service to sale, Hawaiian Airlines as a general desk ticketing agent, Experian as a customer agent support/email support and CenturyLink as a technical support.

The skills that I acquired during my working days are, securing the information of the customers, using Content Management System (CMS), customer service, basic ticketing for sabre(GDS), reading a credit report for Experian, troubleshooting routers, troubleshooting devices that needed to be connected to the wifi, critical thinking and quick decision making.I'm a person that can easily adapt on everything that I can work on. You can easily approached me if you needed some help. I'm open for a Fulltime and part time job.
