Professional Experience
I worked as an administrative assistant for three years in a cruise line company. My experience as an admin assistant earned my proficiency in files and record-keeping, email handling, and project management. I also enhanced my knowledge of using Microsoft office programs in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I also worked as a front desk agent in the same industry that developed my customer service skills. Prior to that I also worked in a BPO company in the Philippines that developed my communications skills and confidence.
I am currently learning new skills in graphic design, digital marketing and social media marketing.
