Professional Experience
I have 2 years' experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Sales Representative. We used to sell through online used cars from Japan and sell it around the globe. I have proven abilities in customer sales and marketing.
8 years in Travel and Tour Industry - inbound (Japan Base Guest) as Reservation - Operation Supervisor. I do the hotel bookings and reservation is one of my expertise. I also manage, arrange guest itineraries, optional tours, land transportation, and daily operation in charge.
Currently, I am a Licensed Tour Guide (Japanese Speaking) Being a Tour Guide an ambassador of your own country is quite interesting.
