I have 2 years' experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Sales Representative. We used to sell through online used cars from Japan and sell it around the globe. I have proven abilities in customer sales and marketing.

8 years in Travel and Tour Industry - inbound (Japan Base Guest) as Reservation - Operation Supervisor. I do the hotel bookings and reservation is one of my expertise. I also manage, arrange guest itineraries, optional tours, land transportation, and daily operation in charge.

Currently, I am a Licensed Tour Guide (Japanese Speaking) Being a Tour Guide an ambassador of your own country is quite interesting. I love talking to people share culture and differences, making sure the memorable, awesome experience they will have in exchange for the valuable amount they spent on their travel.

I can speak Japanese (Conversational ) and I can read and write but in Katakana and Hiragana only. I am willing to undergo continuous learning to develop my bilingual skills.
