I had good training in Customer Service and Customer Relations back in my BPO career. In the same job, I also had a stellar training as a SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT in the back office job while fixing company global issues as part of our Dilemma Team. For that matter, my knowledge of the use of office apps and email tools as well as calendar tools came from certified quality trainers' in house training. After working in the BPO industry, I also worked in an International Non-government Organization so I know that my professionalism transcends multicultural standards. After this, I worked as a Medical Sales Representative, and despite having no experience and proper training in sales I was able to reach my targets on my first month only relying on my core values mentioned above and faith in God. I also have a license issued by the Insurance Commission for Conventional Underwriting and Variable Unit Link Underwriting so my background also includes Financial Literacy.
