Professional Experience

I’ve been working in a BPO industry since 2006 so handling customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner has been part of my everyday life.
I have been promoted to a Quality Evaluator position and this led me to gain more experience when it comes to handling customer experience. Aside from taking in calls, I get the opportunity to listen to agent’s calls and get more prospective on an evaluator’s point of view.
