Hi, I'm Jennifer .I graduated with my degree in Nursing 11 years ago. I have nearly 9 years of experience in the call center industry and I have handled various services.My experiences in a high-pressured environment has taught me attention to details, resilience, flexibility and responsiveness to the sudden changes in the client’s requirements and in using different tools. As a mentor, my long history in the industry has adequately helped me to improve the way my colleagues organized their work, solve problems and consequently to make our work more productive. My vast experience as a customer service representative and email support taught me how to remain extremely professional at all times , specially when handling crisis situation.
Furthermore, I am an extremely hard worker, organized and very passionate with what I do. I have a great sense of personal responsibility for finishing the job and finishing it right.
