I'm an experience customer service expert with 4 years of expertise in this field. I have specialized in TELCO accounts with a little bit of sales and successfully hit monthly targets and mostly exceeded the KPI's in which I received a couple of awards and recognition from my previous companies. I am familiar with different CRM and other tools like zendesk, shopify, oracle, netsuite, ms office, google docs, slack, skype, zoom and other tools for communication.
