I have taken on three (3) major roles in the BPO - Technical Support, Customer Service Representative and Training Support. For 6 years working in the BPO, I am a flexible, hardworking and very dedicated person. I used all of those strengths to achieve my short and long-term goals in my previous experience.

I used to work in some big companies in the US, providing - telephony, cable, high-speed Internet, wireless phone services, and Marketing tools/Compensation plan.

I worked as a Freelance Team Leader as well in the "Commission/Ranks" Department in my previous Client here at Upwork after I got promoted - and eventually, this was my first client ever that I've been worked with here, for about 3 years and 11 months...
