I have a 6 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S and European customers. I was trained at a large Call center in the Philippines. I have some awards for being a top agent in having good surveys from the customers. Because one of my attitude is to do everything i can to delight my customers. Communication is my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers' needs in order to achieve customer’s satisfaction. Throughout the years of my experience, I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that i consider essential in any position, such as patience, attentiveness, positive attitude and persuasiveness.
