My career in the Call Center industry started in 2015 when I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a US Healthcare Provider.

Over the years, I have also explored Travel accounts for Airline Reservation. I am highly familiar with the American, Australian, European and the Asia and the Pacific culture since most of the customers I've dealt with are from those regions.

I started as a free lancer 6 months ago as a real estate appointment setter. I have handled manual and auto dialers and I can easily familiarize and utilize CRMs. I also have knowledge and skills in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Transcribing, and Data Research, etc.

My multitasking skills are also impeccable, I can also say that I have a high comfort level in terms of communicating with clients since Ive been in the business for quite a while now.

On the other hand, I am still open for feedbacks and very receptive to new learnings. I always set my best foot forward in the job that I am doing.
