Hi there! I am looking for a freelancing job that would fit my qualifications. I have more than 10 years of customer service experience. My 6 years experience with JP Morgan Chase Bank handling 50+ customer interactions per day both for Debit card and check forgery claims. Giving detailed, personalized, friendly and polite service has resulted me receiving a 100% customer satisfaction survey all throughout. I have received several commendations from customers as well as bankers. I have exhibited time management skills as i am always on top of my scorecard in handling calls without compromising customer service. I also took the responsibility and made sure the team passed the metrics.
