I am a graduate mechanical engineer with MBA in HR. I have over 28 years of work experience in different power plants. My current responsibility as operation in-charge includes power generation as per the target, review of day to day plant performance & troubleshooting, to see Health, safety and environment (SHE), employees’ performance appraisal and recommendations for promotion and dealing with various statutory and regulatory authorities.
I have worked in teams as large as 90 and led a team of 40 employees including executives and non executives. I am computer savvy and comfortable in word, excel, power point and internet.
