I have been in the Customer Service Industry since 2008. I have handled Customer Service, Back Office/Email Support, and Collections(Outbound and Inbound Calls). I have handled taking escalated calls and forbearance calls for customers whose accounts are in arrears or collections so I can assure you a great customer service skill. I also have experience creating reports and presentations, data entry and record keeping with my previous employments.
I have ESL Teaching experience since 2010. I teach grammar, conversational English, Article Discussions and the likes whichever tailor-fits my students' preference and needs.
