I'm a Business Operations Analyst/eCommerce Analyst at VMware. Responsible for VMware Online Store operational stuff like content management, promotions enablement, products deployment, product launch management, UAT(User Acceptance Test), Smoke Testing. Working with Offshore team.

Before joining VMware, I worked for Yahoo!, Wipro Technologies and Mphasis.Worked as Web Engineer, Application supporter and TSR in my previous roles.

I'm Very passionate about online marketing and eCommerce. Always eager to learn new technology. I've been working in eCommerce field for more than 3.5 years. The best thing about working in eCommerce is it means business which directly impacts company/website revenue and shows how much value it brings to the company. I would like to improve my skills in the same or related field.
