I have worked in the BPO industry since 2007 handling Customer Service. I can work with minimum supervision. I may be quite new at working at home but I can easily adapt to changes and I am willing to be trained and learn more skills. I have gone through tutorial videos about single skills and is now familiar with ZikAnalytics, the DSM tool. Still learning other skills to make myself better and prepared for other tasks. I can also do Customer Service, chat/ email support and basic content writing and proofreading.
