I've worked with different organizations under different skillsets. I've worked with a Data processing company for an office/home base project which I handle Data Formatting and Image editing for 1 year and 8 months. I've also worked as an Office/Administrative assistant for 1 year in a Printing press company which I acquired Data entry, Graphic design, and Document processing. I've also worked in the BPO industry as Customer support and Technical Support representative where I answer incoming phone calls, assist and resolve concerns they have. Currently, I'm working as a Freelance agent transcribing audios. With this experience, I gained fast-typing, good English communication, CRM data processing, Network troubleshooting, and Data Entry, Email and chat support.
