Professional Experience
I have been working in IT for over 15 years, and currently support several companies through remote support . I have been remote supporting the servers, network and PCs for clients. I have worked on-site as the Systems Administrator with several Windows servers. On the PC side, I have been building and repairing them since 1997. I enjoy remote supporting my clients, keeping everything running smoothly, solving questions and completing technical support. I was a network administrator for a IT firm in Bangladesh. I have extensive experience with Windows (Server and Desktop), Linux, Citrix, Cisco, Sage and MySQL Server and would invite you to consider my reviews on this site as the best proof that I only take on contracts that I know I can complete to the clients 100% satisfaction. I currently work for VoIP Business (VoIP service provider) as a VoIP Engineer and have been provisioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining VoIP services and networks for over 9 years.
