I have been working in IT for over 15 years, and currently support several companies through remote support . I have been remote supporting the servers, network and PCs for clients. I have worked on-site as the Systems Administrator with several Windows servers. On the PC side, I have been building and repairing them since 1997. I enjoy remote supporting my clients, keeping everything running smoothly, solving questions and completing technical support. I was a network administrator for a IT firm in Bangladesh.
