自己紹介

I began my career as a customer representative in a financial account from Teleperformance for 1 year and 6 months. I was assigned under credit card services which helped me develop my skills in dealing with elite and VIP accounts. I became a customer service rep for an international financial account with Sutherland global for 5 mos. Recently, I've been a tech support rep for the world's largest search engine account with vendor Telus international Philippines for 2 years and 5 mos. One that I consider as a major accomplishment I'm most proud of was that I've been the top agent for most of the years and even received some commendation. I have also been assigned as OIC or subject matter expert during my stay with Telus. Been exposed to work directly with international and local bosses to answer some escalations and to consolidate processes and to some admin tasks such as data gathering using MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet and platform such as Salesforce.
