Professional Experience
My 8 years in a high-pressured environment (BPO) have taught me attention to details, discipline and resilience.
I was a Customer Service Specialist for Synnex Concentrix dealing with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for Cisco, Linksys and Belkin products shipping and handling. I did data entry for product SKUs and back orders. I handled both phone and mail support. At some point, I was promoted to be a part of the executive response team to which I catered cases for social media and BBB complaints.
I was also Fraud Analyst directly under JP Morgan Chase & Co.analyzing debit card transactions for fraud review.
I am also a photography enthusiast and I love to post process photos.
