I am a customer service agent with wide experience gained through many years working for many international companies .I am fluent in English and I used to live in the USA for many years so I am familiar with the American market.Trough my past experiences I learned that the customer service agent is the face of the company and his job is to keep the current clients satisfied and attract the prospective clients and this can not be done only by being polite and nice with customer .
1-The customer service agent must know the company's products very well.
2- he must master the company's C.R.M software or software tools .
3- The customer service agent must know all tricks of the customer service field like building rapport with the customer and showing empathy to the customer needs.
