Good day. My name is Severino F. Lagoy. I'm Sev in my friends and Rhino in my family.
I took up Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in one of the prestigious university in the Philippines and I was belong to the top 20% graduates during my time.
From there, I started my career as customer service representative in one of the largest BPO company named as Teleperformance here in the Philippines as well. Interacting with diff clients in the world and solving their respective concerns gives me inner satisfaction.
As with regards to my attitude as a person. I can say that I am patient, diligent, persevering and hardworking person.
With my acquired experiences through out the year, drafting and constructing concrete and informative email and handling employees and customer concerns in all aspect will no longer be a problem.
Lastly, my dedication and passion in doing my work done and serving the clients will be my big contribution given the chance to be part of it.
