Manager, Business trainer and sustainable development specialist, project implementation and community development in Central Asia. The main achievements:
-Leading the Community Based Tourism (CBT) development with more than 900 members and poverty alleviation from the first day of the introducing of the CBT-concept to Kyrgyzstan during 10 years. The network of CBT consisting of 18 communities since 2000;
-Fundraising, management, implementation of 40 tourism projects, 50 civil society, municipality development projects, 15 building projects, work with 24 agricultural and garment companies, support in creation of 12 Social Enterprises and 2 membership associations;
-Range of workshops, consultations on Business, Tourism, Community Development, Management, Planning, M&E for different organizations;
-M&E of the projects, Capacity building of civil society organizations through trainings, network development, internship promotion, mentoring, social entrepreneurship development.
