I am a mother of two precious kids. I am a dynamic, positive, multitasking and highly organized person. Currently I am a full time mom. I don’t have any work and I am willing to start anytime.
I graduated Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. My first work was a computer teacher in a private school for two years. Since I love computer and talking with different people. I applied to call center industry . My 1st company was in IBM and I’m a technical support specialist . I learn on how to become flexible and do multitask. I experienced to become chat, phone and web support agent . We help all CITI bank employee regarding their software, hardware and resetting password.
The recent company that I’ve been working with was a combination of technical and sales. We help our customer regarding their internet, phone and TV service. We offer Verizon products and services. I’m one of top agent when it comes to sales and performance.
