Hi. This is Mayumi Trece. I am a Freelancer.
I'm a Computer Literate(MS Word, Office, Excel, and PowerPoint), I have good English Communication and Written Skills, I am very hardworking, I'm good with Multi-Tasking, Passionate and dedicated with my job, and Excellent Work Ethic.
I always bring with me these values(patience, empathy, loyalty, and wisdom) when it comes to my job.
I am good with Customer Relations, with my previous job experience as a former Barista from a Coffee Shopfor about 1 year and 4 months here in Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines. And, I had also undergo training from a Call Center Company here, as a Customer Service Representative(CSR), where in I was able to handle calls and was able to handle real customer/s with different kinds of personalities.
