I am good with Customer Relations, with my previous job experience as a former Barista from a Coffee Shopfor about 1 year and 4 months here in Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines. And, I had also undergo training from a Call Center Company here, as a Customer Service Representative(CSR), where in I was able to handle calls and was able to handle real customer/s with different kinds of personalities.
