I am a Customer Experience Expert,my main duties entail giving customer service, data entry and most of all secretarial duties. Through my vast experience with computers i have vast knowledge with Microsoft word, Excel,PDF,PowerPoint, proof reading and am also a fast typist who is able to keep time and do assignments as requested.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Leadership and Management,Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and Diploma in Public Relations.
