I’m a brazilian journalist graduated at University of Brasilia (UnB) and I am currently studying Japanese language and literature at the same University. I have experience working as a journalist at the Brazilian Parliament and for a local brazilian politics blog. I have a good command of English and Portuguese, and I am learning japanese. I Already have Nouryokushiken 5, this year I plan to get N4. I also work for the government statitics department (IBGE), and as a portuguese proof reader of japanese translators. Still, I have been working as a tutor of english and portuguese grammar for high school students. I'm self-educated at spanish, so I may communicate and write in spanish.

I have great interest in Japanese culture, people and language. In 2000, I created the website "O Samurai" (www.osamurai.xpg.com.br), the first one about the samurai warriors in portuguese, and one of the first on Japanese culture on the web.
