I am a result oriented and keen to detail professional with (16) years experience in managing diverse number of roles in Project Management. I have excelled in areas such as leadership, training, Monitoring and Evaluation, consultancy on a technical level, social impact development targeting vulnerable children, women and youths, social development, grant/ financial management, budgeting, project management and networking. My ability to lead teams towards effective and efficient service delivery has enabled me the opportunity to successfully become a Program Consultant. Aside from that, I also managed to ensure that performance is optimized and competency is continuously upgraded by ensuring policies put in place in place are followed to secure the progression of the organization.
