As a Japanese national with a strong academic background in English and extensive experience as a CG animator and translator, I offer a unique combination of technical knowledge and language proficiency. With over 10 years in the CG animation industry and 7 years as a translator, I am well-versed in both industry jargon and pipelines.

At my current role in a CG studio, I regularly provide translation services to non-English speaking artists. My responsibilities include interpreting conversations, translating film scripts, and creating subtitles for independent films. My most recent project involved the translation of a 72-page English film script into Japanese for a feature film, where I carefully captured each character's unique personality and dialect. I collaborated closely with the non-Japanese director to ensure that the subtitles effectively conveyed the improvised dialogue.
