Served as a Shared Services Manager for 2 different departments gained skills for analysis, planning, organizing, researching and learning, starting both programs from the ground up. Started new teams from the recruiting process, to preparing the training material, facilitating training and ramping-up the group to serve 5 million-dollar companies. Also worked on process optimization, creating a full recruitment process that proved to be successful for sourcing high performing candidates. I have also lead teams, by providing continued coaching and training to help them improve. Working as well with internal teams to ensure work quality and creating synergies within the company to help customers. Gained customer support skills through over 8 years of BPO experience, leading teams as well as working as a first line agent. Gained experienced both as a Project Manager as well as an Operations Manager.
