After successfully leading Lion Crest® through its start-up phase of the first five years from 2012 to 2017 (debt free) I joined Miranda and her team at Ever Greater® as CFO to support her and her employees. The idea was to establish a framework of efficiency that allows for smooth business to business transactions. I developed strategies for business planning as well as analysis for sales and factory management processes. It was an exciting time presenting annual and quarterly forecasts and performing value added analysis. Using this presented information to then deduce decisions that will deliver revenues and profits.
