Professional Experience
I'm Deirdre. I'm an English mother-tongue speaker and my skills and work experience are in creating content for webisites, creating training manuals, videos, instructional design, presentations etc. I also have lots of experience with ERP system training, such as SAP, having worked on many SAP implementations. I have a teaching degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, as well as SAP certification.
