Team working skill:
I have had a lot of chances to practice my team working skills during the time participating in projects of all the companies I’ve been working for. Especially, with self-discipline, I can keep good pace with my co-worker even remotely.

Communication skill:
Communication is a 2-ways process. I have learned that in order to be an effective communicator, I need to listen to other people and say what I need to say not what I like to say. Everybody has their own frame and their own concerns so it is vital important to listen and find out what people are thinking or what their language is when communicating.

Language skill:
I have good command at 3 languages: English, Japanese and Vietnamese, which is demonstrated in the scores I achieved in tests of each as well as my work performance.
