I have been in the Customer Service industry for 7 years. Started as a Customer Service Representative with United Airlines and eventually, promoted as a Training Assistant. Became a Process Trainer for United Airlines for more than 3 years. Started a new career in Dubai as a Market Research Assistant and also handling administrative assistant tasks, and organizing events and conferences.Editing videos and creating flyers and banners for company's events are also my expertise using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro video editing.
