Professional Experience
After complete Master of Laws (LL.M) from Rajshahi University in 2002 joined in "Banchete Shekha" a local reputed NGO as Monitoring & Research Officer in HRDP (Human Rights & Democracy Partnership) Project. I also involve a little period as a Junior with Sr. Advocate of SCB, joined in AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (Apparel Manufacturer) as HR Officer in the year 2007,In the year 2010 joined in Norwest Industries Ltd. (Apparel Sourcing for International Supply Chains) as a Social Compliance Auditor. Most recent I m working with Tivoli Apparels Ltd. as Head of Compliance from September 2015.
