Russell is a serial entrepreneur/freelancer, a multilingual (J↔E↔F) Japan Gov't. scholar-student who holds a degree in Electronics Communications Engineering from a polytechnic college in Tokyo and learned a special Japanese language course from a premiere language school also from Tokyo.
