I am working as a customer sales representative and an appointment setter in a manufacturing industry. I am responsible for scheduling an appointment and handling customers inquiries and concern. I do internet research to find a potential customer and call them to set an appointment. I am also the one sending quotation, shipping documents to our customer and track their shipments. I am good at using Ms excel, MS word, and powerpoint. I used to become a part-time QA before in a call center company in the US. I listened to the recorded call and summarized their conversation and analyze if good calls or bad.
